Hi there, I just would like to ask whether the 'Hollow to Floor' measurement should be taken with my wedding high-heels on or off. The heels make almost a 10 cm difference. I'm worried that if I take the measurement without the heels than my feet will be seen when I actually wear them with the dress. If I specify this when I order the dress, will it make sense and is it possible? I do not want the two little ribbons hanging off of the pendant on the hip. I want the pendant still, but not that extra material that is hanging off of it.
