I am tracking the shipping movements on the dresses an di realized they have reached Jamaica. But there is also a this notation on the tracking update 'Held By Customs, Awaiting Payment Of Duties/taxes By Receiver. ' I thought the dresses would be shipped directly to me as the website said free shipping to Jamaica. Now i am to pay taxes and duties, how is that possible? Were'nt the dresses to be sent to the delivery address given in Black River? Please let me know. If i am to pay these duties and taxes, i would end up paying at least three times the cost of the dresses. Please let me know. Thanks

I ordered this dress and another in February. They promised they would be here before April 15th and have a few days before for enough time for fitting. I have recieved information on this dress and it says it has been shipped but when i click for the 'detailed shipping info' nothing comes up and I havent recieved any information that the other dress has even been completed. I am very worried they wont be here in time.... What can i do to make sure that they will?
