Measurement Standards

It is highly recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. You'd better get someone else to measure for you because of the inaccuracy of self-measuring. Measure with undergarments is similar to those you will wear with your dress; please keep in mind do not measure over other clothing. According to the different dress style,approx.8cm-13cm (3.15inch-5.12inch) additional length will be reserved for making a good fit dress for you.

Measurement Guide
Bust

* This is not your bra size!
* Wear a bra
* Relax arms at sides
* Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust

Waist

* Find the natural waist
* This is the smallest part of the waist
* Usually about 1 in. above belly button
* Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room

Hips

* Find the widest part of the hips
* Usually about 7 in. below natural waist
* Tape should brush across both hipbones

Hollow to Floor(Bare Foot)

* Stand straight with feet together
* Measure in bare feet
* Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor
* To fit high heels, we will add an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains

Shoulder

Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.

Height

* Stand straight with feet together
* Measure in bare feet
* Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor

Ok My question is not about this cloth but about something else. On the 19.04.2013 i payed USD 19.99 for one item with a nr.2034 ( women bodydoll ), Still now i could geht it, please let me know what is happening. I intend to buy a lot of cloths for to sell in Europa, Sudamerica and Russia but i see that i am doing a bad experiencie,sorry. Or did i make something throng? In advance thanks for your replay. Hey, I ordered a dress on April 15, 2013, it said it was delivered today on May 1, 2013, by the UPS truck at 11:50. However, no one wasn't at home when it was delivered and they left it at the front door where everyone can see it. I made it home at 1:50 and it wasn't here, I lwalked all around the outside the house and look for it and didnt see it.I know you all will not be able to make another dress and get it here by May 10, 2013. So I wanted to know if I could get a refund and you all need to get in touch with UPS and me so I can know what I need to do about this situation.
